If you’ve been to a chiropractor before you’ve no doubt noticed during your spinal adjustments that there’s frequently a cracking sound. Did you ever wonder what that sound is?
Its like a can of soda !
Lots of people wonder that too. I know I have. In fact, most people I’ve talked to about my chiropractor in Gangnam, Seoul korea…..they think there’s something breaking when I tell them how much better I’ve been feeling because of my regular spinal adjustments. But I just discovered that that’s not what’s happening.
I found a cool video on YouTube which told me that, in essence, that noise is created by a release of gas that builds up inside the tissues in and around the spinal cavities and the individual discs. The sound I hear when I get my adjustment is actually the same thing that happens when I crack my knuckles. He also tells me I shouldn’t crack my knuckles.
I come into Seoul to go salsa dancing and I’m sure that my frequent visits to Dr. Park are one of the things that keeps me dancing well at the age of 65.
I’ve told all my friends how glad I was to find an English speaking chiropractor in Gangnam Seoul Korea. I work in Suwon so it’s easy for me to get by there when I come into Seoul on the weekends. I’d recommend Dr. Park to anybody, you can reach to (02) 533-5124
